My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were partially renovated with new carpet and furniture, but the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. The non-smoking policy was great for me as I have asthma. However, there were some issues with broken things in the room. The service provided was lacking, with staff being distracted and blaming mistakes on the guests. The location was convenient, near the highway and mall, but it felt like it was on the verge of needing some maintenance. The dining options were good, with fresh and varied selections available downstairs. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
